PLEASE NOTE OUR BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS ESPECIALLY WITH REGARD
TO CHECK-IN TIMES; THANK YOU.
WEEKENDS / BANK HOLIDAYS AND SPECIAL EVENTS: We may initially only
take bookings for a minimum of 2 or 3 nights
CONFIRMATION (or Cancellation) ARRANGEMENTS:
We charge £40 non-refundable deposit for an executive single room or a classic
double room and £50 non-refundable deposit for a superior room; for any booking
of 4 or more nights the deposit is doubled. Bookings made within 7 days of arrival
are charged in full when the booking is processed and this is non-refundable. In
the event of a No-show, cancellation within 7 days of arrival or Booking Curtailment
- we reserve the right to charge you in full for the first night not taken and then
2/3 of the remaining total cost of your reservation; if this causes you concern
we strongly advise you to take out insurance cover at the time of booking.
PRIORITY EARLY CHECK-IN: If it is essential that you must check-in
or drop off your luggage early, we can arrange this from 12.30pm onwards @ £15.00
per room supplement when pre-booked or £25.00 on the day.
STANDARD CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT: Please remember that turning up
unexpectedly early or at a much different time to that agreed will usually be inconvenient
for your hosts. Reception is open and Rooms are normally available from 2.00pm on
the day of arrival and you may check-in or drop off luggage any time after this.
If you are likely to arrive later than 6pm please telephone and let us know. The
latest check-in is 9.00pm If on the day we consider your actual arrival to be uncertain,
you have not paid in full, and we do not hear from you or cannot contact your mobile
phone, we reserve the right to cancel your room at 6.00pm. Check-out time is normally
11.00am but often an extension can be arranged on the day.
SMOKING POLICY: All our accommodation is totally NON-SMOKING.
When booking on behalf of others pleasure ensure they are fully aware of this -
thank you.
HEALTH & LEISURE CLUB MEMBERSHIP: Temporary Membership at the Victoria
Health & Leisure Club is included in your tariff. A small fee is payable each time
you visit and entrance is entirely at the discretion of the Club¡¯s own management.
If you wish to use the Gym you may be required to complete a Questionnaire beforehand.
