On the first floor we have rooms 1, 2 and 3...
Room 1 has a Queen-size double bed with top quality duvet wrapped in crisp rich cotton, bouncy pillows and a designer throw. The television has a separate DVD player with a library of DVD’s. There is still the original fireplace and the room has it’s own en-suite fully-tiled bathroom with Victorian-style Roll-top bath and a separate walk-in shower. [Panorama view]

Room 3 is a larger (superior room); It’s at the front of the house and in the summer it’s a sheer pleasure to wake up and see glimpses of the Marine Lake in the foreground and the sea in the distance. The zip’n’link bed will be made up as a super King-size double or twin single beds as you prefer. The latest-model television has Freeview channels and a separate DVD player with a library of DVD’s. All our rooms can be let as singles. The superior rooms are front-facing, more spacious and have a CD player too. Traditional blankets and bedspreads are available for all rooms by advance arrangements for any guests with a personal preference. If you are travelling on an extended holiday with lots of luggage or golf clubs etc. we particularly recommend the superior rooms as they are more spacious or rooms 2 or 5 as they have walk-in wardrobes
